The Utah Assistive Technology Program has produced dozens of Fact Sheets to assist people with disabilities obtain the information necessary to make informed choices. The Fact Sheets are divided into the following 3 series:

Education

This Education series includes five resource booklets on Helping Students with Visual, Learning, Mobility, and Hearing Impairments. Each booklet includes definitions, potential student difficulties, possible modifications by the teacher and learner, assistive technology that may be helpful, and a list of organizations with more information.

Parents

This series of five fact sheets are designed for parents. Information includes listings of useful Internet sites, selecting appropriate assistive technology, adaptive toys, transition options and Utah disability resources.

Employment

This Employment series has seventeen different pdf resource sheets developed by Cornell University. The sheets have been listed in alphabetical order for your convenience.
